As many of you know, our story began long before the company itself was officially born. It was shaped through years of personal growth, entrepreneurial journeys, creative exploration, and the special bond between two sisters who chose to combine their talents and experiences into something meaningful. Together, we built relationships, created beautiful spaces, and shared unforgettable experiences with clients, colleagues, friends, and family along the way.
As our website continues to evolve and reflect the current chapter of DeNunzio Interior Design, I felt it was important to take a moment to properly honor Karen DeNunzio’s involvement in the company and recognize her retirement journey.
Although Karen officially retired nearly three years ago, her influence and contributions remain woven throughout the history and foundation of our business. From the early conception of DeNunzio Interior Design on the sandy shores of West Michigan to the growth of the company throughout South Florida, Karen helped shape the vision, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit that became part of our identity.
Her creative energy, passion for design, and dedication to the business played an important role in the relationships we built and the spaces we were privileged to create over the years. From the early stages of building the company to the countless projects, conversations, ideas, and collaborations that followed, her presence has always been an important part of this journey.
While the company has continued forward under my leadership, the heart of DeNunzio Interior Design remains rooted in the same purpose it has always embraced: creating spaces that inspire comfort, beauty, peace, and connection. Our commitment to our clients, our creativity, and our passion for design continues stronger than ever.
As many areas of the website are updated to reflect the present and future of the company, I wanted to ensure that Karen’s contributions and role in helping build DeNunzio Interior Design were acknowledged with gratitude and appreciation.
